Small and mid-sized businesses, owners, execs and solo professionals. In person across South Florida, and remotely with clients nationwide.
Do I need to know anything about AI first?
No. Everything is explained in plain English, and training starts from wherever you are today.
How much does it cost?
Every project gets a written quote before any work begins. Ask us and we will send one.
Is the first call free?
Yes. The 15 minute intro call is complimentary, with no obligation.
Is my data safe?
Using AI safely with your data is part of every project and a core part of the training.
Automation, software and agents
What is AI automation?
AI automation connects the tools you already use and adds AI to the busywork: replies, data entry, reminders, reports and handoffs.
What's the difference between a chatbot and an agent?
A chatbot mainly answers questions. An agent can also use your tools, such as a calendar, customer list or email, to get things done.
What's the difference between automation and custom software?
Automation links and speeds up what you already use. Custom software is a tool built for you when nothing off the shelf fits.
What if an AI agent isn't sure what to do?
It asks you first before it acts.

Will AI post without my approval?
No. Nothing goes out without your yes.
Which social platforms do you cover?
We plan around Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Ask us about others.
Can you guarantee my website will rank first?
No one can honestly guarantee that. We build the site to be clear, fast and easy for search engines and AI tools to understand.
Training
Is training online or in person?
Group classes are online, or in person in Fort Lauderdale. 1-on-1 sessions can be in person across South Florida or remote.
What topics can training cover?
ChatGPT, Grok and Claude for business, prompting, automation basics, AI agents explained, AI for email and documents, and using AI safely with your data.
Can you teach our team using our own tools?
Sessions use your real work, so your team learns on what they do every day.
